What we are seeking is not limited to short-term weight loss or external changes. We believe that improving exercise and eating habits is not an end in itself, but a means for a better life, and that true wellness is completed through mental stability and a sustainable routine as well as physical health.
Many people try countless times to regain their health, but they often get lost in the glut of information or get tired from excessive perfectionism and self-criticism. BodybyMaryamons wants to send the message to those people, “Health does not start with grand changes, but rather with small everyday choices.” We all deserve to care and take care of ourselves, and change can begin from this moment on, slowly and surely.
Founder's Story: Recovering Yourself Through Exercise
My first motivation to work out was simply to get in shape. But as time went on, I realized that work out was worth more than just a superficial change. The stronger my body became, the stronger my mind became, and the habit of spending 20 minutes every day for me changed my whole life.
And along the way, I had a lot of trials and errors. There were days when I overpowered myself with misinformation, or gave up easily because I was slow to change. But all of those experiences ultimately laid the groundwork for the creation of a platform called Body by Maryamons. This is a space that helps people like me, who were new to the beginning, but who really want to change, get back to health in a practical and sustainable way. I sincerely hope that my experience can be someone’s starting point.
What We Offer: A Realistic, Sustainable Solution
BodybyMaryamons offers solutions tailored to the real world, not theory-driven fitness. All of its content is designed to be practiced “right now, anyone in my environment.” The workout routine is home-oriented, not having to go to the gym, and is designed to create effective movements without complicated equipment.
Diet is also based on balanced consumption, not extreme restrictions, and helps maintain a sustainable diet in various life patterns. In addition, we don’t just provide information, we also provide content on mind-set, goal-setting, and routine formation so that users can understand themselves and become agents of change.
